GFWS is a software-based, educational and analytical decision-support platform. It does not provide investment advice, brokerage services or execution.

2. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, for complying with applicable laws and for any decisions made on the basis of information surfaced by GFWS.

3. Intellectual property

All software, branding, content and signal logic remain the property of FRACCE & Company s.r.o.

4. Limitation of liability

FRACCE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the GFWS platform.

5. Changes

FRACCE may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
